Life aboard ship that served as their floating base of operations and maintenance facility for the River Boats and Helicopter Gunships.

A complete combat operation from the time the River Patrol Boats fall under fire from the water's edge, their return fire and call for helicopter support, ships alarm alerting helicopter crews of a support mission ASAP to their subsequent take-off from their support ship to strafing runs upon suspected enemy positions.
