Soldiers cautiously advance across grassy plain and into jungle. Tired soldiers resting in jungle. Soldiers look at dead Vietcong and search the bodies. Soldiers looking at a captured 7.62 automatic weapon. Soldiers taking cover in wooded area. Wounded soldier being helped to aid area by two other soldiers. Soldiers rush wounded to resupply UH-1D helicopter. Ammunition and water cans are carried back to wooded area. Dead soldier is carried out of the combat area. Soldiers resting.
Soldiers rush through elephant grass to downed UN-1D helicopter. Soldiers tie down rotor blades as other secure equipment inside the helicopter. Soldiers take defensive positions around the UN-1D. A CH-47 helicopter flies in and hovers over the downed UN-1D. CH-47 lifts the UN-1D and flies off. Aerial view of CH-47 carrying the damaged UN-1D.
