Unedited Footage. The first Gulf War, Operation Desert Storm, began with a ground invasion of Kuwait by Coalition Forces on February 24, 1991. The purpose was to remove Iraqi forces from Kuwait. This is unedited footage of the aftermath of that conflict which is also known by numerous names such as Persian Gulf War, 1990 Gulf War, First Gulf War, Liberation of Kuwait, Mother of Battles, and Desert Storm.
