Synopsis: In support of Iraqi Freedom, the Navy and Coast Guard join forces conducting maritime operations to protect Iraq's sea-based oil terminals and provide security and stability in the Persian Gulf. Shows operations aboard the USS Sirocco, PC-6, Cyclone Class Patrol Ship. RHIB's, Rigid Hull Inflatable boats are used to inspect the fishing dhows and other small boats in the area. The crew on the RHIB boats give fruit and water to the smaller boats to build relationships between local fishermen and Coalition Forces.
Shows small Iranian boats taunting the American Patrol Boats and hear the bridge-to-bridge communications between the American ship and the Iranians. Iran denied the allegation there was a confrontation between the US Navy ships and Iranian boats.
