Day Of Victory - Japan Surrenders - Part 2

People throughout the Pacific and Asia celebrate V-J Day, the end of World War II with victory over Japan. Scenes of Allied prisoners of war (POWs) cheering. Shows the "living dead" liberated from Japanese prisoner of war (POW) camp. Prisoners show the scars of torture by the Japanese guards in POW camps. Stacks of Red Cross packages stolen by the Japanese guards at POW camp. Scene of a POW cemetery. Relieved prisoners leaving POW camp in Japan.
