Nazi Party Rally Of Freedom - Nuremberg Rally 7th Party Congress 1935

Footage of the 1935 Nuremberg Rally (officially Reichsparteitag meaning Reich Party Convention) was the annual rally of the Nazi Party in Germany held from 1923 to 1938. At the 7th Party Congress, Rally of Freedom, compulsory military service was reintroduced thus liberating Germany from the Treaty of Versailles and the Nuremberg Laws were introduced.

Hitler and Goering address the Seventh Party Congress (1935) in the Nuremberg Cultural Union building. Hitler moves to adopt Nuremberg laws (antisemitic laws). Goering reads laws including forbidding marriage between Jews and non Jews. Goering leads in shouting "Sieg Heil, Sieg Heil, Seig Heil" (Hail Victory). The laws were "The Law For The Protection of German Blood and German Honour (Honor)" and " The Reich Citizenship Law".

CU of Hitler riding standing up in motor car through streets of Nuremberg to cheers of people on both sides of streets, people giving Nazi salute (Hitler salute). Hitler walks onto podium with Hjalmar Schacht and addresses the Hitler Youth (Hitler-Jugend). CU of Hitler giving a "rousing, fist pumping, arm waving, emotional speech" as he addressed the Hitler Youth at Nuremberg Rally in 1935. Excerpt from Hitler speech to Hitler Youth in which he says that German youth must be "swift as greyhounds, tough as leather, and hard as Krupp steel". CU of Hitler Youth ( Hitler-Jugend) singing their anthem. Shows Hitler walking among the formations of Hitler Youth. Hitler embraces one of the youth (young Nazi boy) as youth leader Baldur von Shirach watches.

On September 10, 1935 Hitler is presented with a copy of an old Imperial German sword at a ceremony in the Nuremberg Town Hall.
