Shows how military information and intelligence was gathered by enemy agents in Honolulu prior to the bombing of Pearl harbor. Animation is used to show that children born to Japanese parents in Hawaii before WWII registered their children as Japanese so as not to lose their Japanese citizenship. Shows flag of Japan waving in the breeze over the Japanese Consulate building in Honolulu in 1941. Image of a leather briefcase being carried by individual into Japanese Embassy (Consulate). Placard at building entrance reads "Consulate-General of Japan Honolulu T.H. Japanese observers relayed intelligence to their Consulate in Honolulu who maintains contact with Tokyo and Berlin.
