Mildred Elizabeth Gillars, nicknamed "Axis Sally"was an American broadcaster employed by the Reichs-Rundfunk-Gesellschaft (RRG) German State Radio to broadcast propaganda for Nazi Germany (The Third Reich) during WWII.
Axis Sally is shown exiting plane in Washington D.C. in custody of Military Police August 21, 1948. Shows Axis Sally leaving Base Operations building in custody of Federal Agents and entering an un-marked automobile, leaving automobile and escorted into building.
