Shows Jackie Coogan as Air Force Staff Sgt. Tyrone Power with raised hand takes oath joining the Marines. Shows James Roosevelt somewhere in Egypt. Franklin Roosevelt Jr with fellow officer Navy Lt. Douglas Fairbanks Jr. Clark Gable joins USAF. Shown in scout cars in the parade are Bing Crosby, Jimmy Cagney and Abbott & Costello. Industrial plant converted to war, men and women at a former Firestone tire plant speeds the manufacture of anti-aircraft guns for the war effort. The 40 mm Bofors is an air defense auto-cannon. The Bofors guns leaving the plant and is credited with saving London.

The Royal Air Force (RAF) conduct day-light bombing raids over occupied France and night time bombing raids over Germany. Shows a flight of Bombers in low flight across the English Channel.
