The FFI French resistance fighters attack and occupy the police headquarters. The FFI leader returns to Paris. Shows German tanks maneuvering in the streets of Paris. French resistance forces open fire from behind barricades. A German convoy fleeing Paris is destroyed. Shows fire bombing of German truck. Sounds of constant machine gun and rifle fire. Shows destroyed Nazi vehicles. Shows the French 2nd Armored Division under the command of General Philippe Leclerc entering Paris. Paris has been liberated.
