Synopsis: 1944. The U.S. military sponsored the research for development of the ENIAC or the Electrical Numerical Integrator And Calculator at the Moore School of Electrical Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania in 1944. This was the start of the computer age.

1945. Robot Brain. A machine that thinks is revealed. Early computer technicians at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge demonstrate a 100-ton calculating machine developed at the Institute, which takes minutes to solve complex problems which would otherwise take months.
