In 1922, President Calvin Coolidge reviews a huge military parade including Cadets from West Point, Midshipmen from Annapolis, Army, Navy, Marines and Civil War Veterans. Many older veterans ride in early 1900's open busses. Shows the Ulysses S. Grant Memorial at the base of Capitol Hill in Washington D.C.
