President John F. Kennedy Visits Germany And Ireland
On trip to Europe President John F. Kennedy visits West Berlin. The East Germans blocked off the Brandenburg Gate with Red banners to block the view down Unter den Linden in East Germany from the Berlin Wall. Later, before City Hall, 150,000 cheering Germans jam the Square to hear President Kennedy say "all free men, wherever they are, are citizens of Berlin.
A large number of television cameras record President Kennedy's historic visit to West Berlin.
Scenes of President John F. Kennedy visits Ireland. Shows thousands of cheering Irish citizens lining the street and waving from the windows of buildings as JFK's motorcade drives from the airport.

Construction Of New York World's Fair
Low aerial view of the construction of the World's fair rising from the meadows in Flushing, NY, a fairyland that will become the New York World's Fair in 1964. The '64 Fair is on the site of the famed exposition of 1939-1940, but boasts space age improvements like a heliport. Special trains will unload at the main entrance and an elaborate network of roads promises no traffic jams.
