President Franklin D. Roosevelt Dies
It has been announced that President Franklin D. Roosevelt is dead. He had died at 4:35 p.m. Manitowoc time at the Little White House in Warm Springs, Ga., where he had gone to rest. He was in the third month of his fourth term as President. Vice-President Harry S. Truman takes the Oath of Office and becomes the new President Of The United States.
