Restrictions regarding illegal immigration and immigrants (non-citizens) entering the United States are eased to permit the entry of Mexican farm workers to enter the U.S as documented labors. Under international agreement and contracts, illegal aliens may now become documented workers and work for specified periods on valuable crops.
