Prince Bertil of Sweden exits ship and returns salute before leaving ship. Sailors salutes as Prince passes. Prince steps up to stage and is shown at podium. New Orleans, LA. The "Delgado Flash" a midget racing airplane built by students of the Delgado Trades School and piloted by Clarence McArthur is timed at 207.02 MPH topping the former record held by the French. The "Delgado Flash" is a low wing monoplane.
