Daring Steeplejacks Fix America's Ailing Towers

George A. NcNeill, veteran of three wars, former Army flier, and a human fly for 36 years, scales to the tip of the 325-foot peak in Brooklyn, NY to determine its condition.  Finding it in need of repairs, he makes the necessary corrections and eliminates the danger.  McNeill, now well over 50 and a skilled steeplejack, climbs into the city’s pinnacles (towers) every day with the same daring displayed when he was a youth.

Italy Drains Lake Nemi To Reveal Galley Of Emperor Caligula

Rome Italy. Italian Fascist engineers complete the difficult feat which brings to light again the mysterious ships of the Roman emperor Caligula.  The use for which the peculiar ship was built remains undecided, but the lore of ancient civilization is revealed by discoveries by the experts who have been attending the reclamation of the historic vessel (Nemi ships). The job has been going on for five years.
