Senator Lieberman was seeking to determine if Islam Mosques were instrumental in recruiting Muslim foreign nationals living in the United States as terrorist or suicide bombers. Many young Somalia men have recently disappeared from the Minneapolis area and are believed to have traveled to Somalia to join the Islamic insurgent Al Shabaab movement to train as home grown terrorist in America.
