Tornado winds rip across the South, ravaging Vicksburg, Mississsippi. Seventeen blocks are flattened, leaving 1700 homeless in the aftermath of the catastrophic storm that killed 30, injured hundreds more.
VENEZUELA OPENS ITS 'SUPERHIGHWAY'
