British Flying Boats Ferry Supplies In Burma
RAF Sunderland British Flying Boat in flight over Burma in WWII (WW2) delivering supplies to the Chindits (3rd Indian Infantry Division), the British India "Special Forces". Supplies are unloaded from the RAF Seaplane onto rafts fitted with motors. Wounded are transported to the RAF Seaplane by motorized raft for flight out of Burma to base hospital.
British aircraft carrier in the Indian Ocean steam toward Sumatra for attack on cement plant in Padang and Japanese ships in Emma Haven (Emmahaven) (Teluk Bayur). Planes are armed with 500lb. bombs.
