President Franklin D. Roosevelt Addresses American Youth Congress
President Franklin D. Roosevelt, addresses the American Youth Congress (AYC) at the White House and gets scant applause as he denounces the Soviet Union (Russian) invasion of Finland and tells the group that American sympathy is 98 percent in favor of the Finns.
The American Youth Congress (AYC) was a coalition of youth organizations, especially college student governments that were under Communist control.
