This film has been complied from authentic newsreel footage, the United Nations, captured enemy films, as well as Japanese motion pictures with historical backgrounds, and reenactments.

Japanese military officer illustrate the power of the sword with blows to tightly wrapped bundles of straw. Brief images contrasting ancient Japanese traditions and Japan and its people in the 1930's. Images and description of typical Japanese soldiers, their equipment and dress, food, to be a soldier is the highest achievement in Japan, and death in battle is a high honor leading to becoming a “Spirit God” . Scenes of the God Emperor Hirohito, formally known as Showa Tenno, the Japanese people's visible God and their absolute political ruler. Scenes of the Japanese people celebrating 1940 as the holy year of the founding of Japan by their first God Emperor Jimmu.

Scenes that try to explain the Japanese religion, Shintoism (the way of the Gods) is the heart, brain, and soul of Japan and dictates all Japanese actions for the living and the dead, ghosts or spirits of all Japanese that have died in the past. These spirits stand watch over all Japanese people and are honored with choice food, burning of incense, lighted cigarettes.

Scenes of the Yasukuni Shrine, a Shinto Shrine dedicated to soldiers killed in battle on behalf of the Emperor of Japan. The Japanese soldier killed in battle becomes a “spirit warrior god”, to surrender brings shame on entire family. A Divine Command given to the Japanese people by God Emperor Jimmu 2600 years ago states “Let Us Extend The Capitol And Cover The Eight Corners Of the World Under One Roof”. The Japanese name for this doctrine is “Hakko Ichiu” and it became the national ambition of Japan.

In the 1500s the Japanese warlords eager for more firearms welcomed trade with the Portuguese. Along with trade the Portuguese brought Christian missionaries. Soon there were hundred of churches and thousands of Christians that taught peace and equality to the Japanese people. This threatened the warlords so Christianity was banned, churches destroyed, Christians killed and Japan was sealed off from the western world and isolated for 200 years.

In 1927 Baron Tanaka gave the Emperor of Japan the Tanaka Memorial, a plan to conquer the world.
