Synopsis: The extraordinary efforts of the military to save the lives of soldiers wounded on the battlefield in Vietnam, from helicopter med-vac to field hospital to recovery at a base hospital. The film starts with a radio call “dustOff requested”. DustOff was the universal call for help from the aero-medical helicopter evacuation units in Vietnam. Troops under fire, dustOff call, dustOff helicopter responding to call, wounded being loaded onto helicopters, military medics, unloaded from helicopter and into ambulance, field hospital operating room, air transport to Clark hospital in the Philippines.
