Thor Missile:

Shows historic and secrete night launch of Atlas 10-B that put Project SCORE into orbit. Project SCORE (Signal Communications Orbit Relay Equipment) was the world's first communication satellite. It captured world attention by broadcasting a Christmas message via short wave frequency from U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower through an on-board tape recorder in December 1958.
