World leaders honor Roosevelt. Scenes at St. Paul’s Cathedral in London and in Paris at Notre Dame Cathedral where services were held honoring President Roosevelt. Personages in London are Ambassador Winant, Admiral Stark, Hing Haakon VII of Norway, King Peter II of Yukoslavia, Quenn Wilhelmina and Princess Juliana of the Neverlands and Winston Churchill. King and Queen of England and Princess Elizabeth. In France Ambassador Caffery and General de Gaulle attended.

Ruhr Industry Devastated. The once great industrial plants and facilities of Germany that produced materials for war are destroyed by Allied bombers.
