Brief scenes of Henry Wallace riding in many parades in Latin America cities. President Roosevelt and Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt and President Camacho review a parade in Monterrey, Mexico.

Greek volunteers, French Foreign Legion troops, and French colonial troops are assembled on the docks of Algiers.

Allied tanks advance across a sector of the Tunisian front. On roads of mud and mire Allied Armies advance.

The aircraft carrier Hornet moves into Japanese waters with the Doolittle Raiders. B-25 bombers are lashed to the deck. Col. Doolittle briefs men on mission to bomb targets in Japan and to fly over Tokyo in daylight. Japanese patrol boat is spotted, sunk, and Japanese prisoners are taken aboard the Hornet. B-25 planes are launched from carrier.

Brief scenes of damage to Japanese targets. With fuel gone 15 of the 16 planes crash after crews bail out over China and Japanese occupied territory. 64 of the 80 men were rescued.

In Chungking Madame Chiang Kai-Shek honors Doolittle and his men.
