Final Victory on Okinawa---Allies Invade Borneo. General Buckner observes artillery of the 10th Army and Navy planes blasting Japanese positions on Okinawa. Shows long-range flamethrowers in action. Japanese cave positions are destroyed with dynamite charges. Shows Navy planes dropping gasoline-jelly (napalm) bombs. Shows last pictures of General Buckner before he is killed by an enemy shell. Shows grave of General Buckner. American flag is raised on Okinawa.

From Brunei Bay on the west coast of Borneo the Allied forces land on the beaches of Borneo. Scenes of landing crafts, Austrian Troops going ashore, and General MacArthur, Allied Commander, landing with his forces. American Navy torpedo boats (PT boats) attack a Japanese oil depot on Borneo.

Sections of a floating dry-dock are launched in the U.S. and assembled in Pacific waters. Shows a damaged cruiser entering the floating drydock for repair.

General Eisenhower with Eleanor Roosevelt visits F.D.R’s (Franklin D. Roosevelt) grave at Hyde Park.

Shows the Queen Elizabeth arriving in New York harbor with thousands of U.S. troops onboard. These troops are being redeployed from Europe to the war on Japan after a short furlough. Shows Japanese Diplomats captured in Germany leaving the Queen Mary. In San Francisco U.S. Troops board ships for deployment to the Pacific.
