Synopsis: Cuban Refugees arrive in Key West and Miami Florida by the boat loads and recall their experiences and living conditions in Cuban under the regime of Fidel Castro. They express mixed emotions at leaving their homeland and family and describe the harassment at the hands of local bullies. They describe economic problems, censorship, Soviet presence, and difficulty of obtaining a university education. Includes interviews with Cuban Novelist Reynaldo Arenas and poet Vicente Echerri.
