British dignitaries boarding train, arriving in Windsor, and addressed by Rt. Hon. Duncan Sandys, President of the Civic Trust. Scenes of the town of Windsor outside the walls of Windsor Castle, little back streets and cobbled alleys of Windsor. Street scenes around Windsor Castle before the start of the Civic Trust Project, multitude of street signs, storefront signs, petrol pumps, telephone booth. Removal of stone wall between the town and the castle by volunteer workers.

Shows thousands of jobs being done giving the buildings and area around Windsor Castle a more attractive appearance. Street scenes of Windsor, pedestrians, vehicles, buses, and showing beautiful architecture of these historic Windsor buildings and shops after project was completed.
