Shows LCI (Landing Craft Infantry), LCVP (Landing Craft Vehicle Personnel), Coast Guard cutter, and hundreds of ships and landing craft in an English harbor protected by barrage balloons. Numerous mock landings by troops along the coast of England while sailors chip paint and maintain the ships.
