Allied tanks and jeeps moving through a German city and along German roads and deeper into Germany. American troops, tanks, Jeeps and other vehicles try to cope with the rain and deep mud. General Dwight D. Eisenhower visits the troops and walks through the mud. Flooded areas after dams were blown-up by the Germans. More street fighting in a German town. American soldiers hang sign out of building window that reads "Off Limits To All M.Ps, Too Hot Yet". Soldiers firing rifles and bazooka out of building window, German soldiers surrender under white flag carried by women.
