Group of five Black pilots standing near a plane at Tuskegee, Alabama. Cadets and instructor walk to Vultee BT-13 trainer aircraft on flight line. A BT-13 take-off. Flight of three BT-13s in formation in flight over airfield. A single BT-13 in flight and landing. Plane taxing on flight line. Instructor and Cadet climbs out of cockpit of BT-13 trainer aircraft. African-American ground crew members comes out of building at Oscoda Army Air Field Michigan (misspelled as Oseoda Michigan) with belts of ammunition. Shows ground crew arming Curtiss P-40 Warhawk aircraft with belts of machine gun ammunition and attaching bombs. Group of Black Pilots listen to Instructor and fit oxygen masks to their face. Shows African-American pilots climbing into cockpits of P-40 Warhawk fighter planes. Each pilot has on a parachute and a "Mae West" life vest. Planes taxi onto runway and takes off. Flight of P-40's over air field. P-40's diving, strafing and skip-bombing. P-40 landing. Instructor and Black pilots check strafing target.
