Pan scenes of the newly constructed Pershing Stadium at Joinville-le-Pont, near Paris France.

Shows foreign dignitaries arriving for the Inter-Allied Games. Shows Allied troops and athletes marching into the stadium. Shows troops from the French Territorials from Morocco followed by General Pershing's own band from General Headquarters. Shows Colonel Babcock and the Composite Regiment picked from the Army of Occupation. Shows the District of Paris Band.

The French athletes enter the stadium first, followed by the Austrians, Belgians, Canadians, British, Greeks, Arabs from Hedjaz, Italians, New Zealanders, Roumanians (Romanians), Serbians, and the United States.

Inspection of the troops by French President Raymond Poincare and General Pershing After the inspection Mr. E.C. Carter Chief Secretary of the Y.M.C.A. Present the stadium to General Pershing who in turn presents it to the President of France. Shows President Poincare and General Pershing walking toward camera after the dedication.

Athletes from various Allied countries compete at various track events at the Inter-Allied Games in Paris France. J.G. Pipal, YMCA athletic coach with Fred Kelly Olympic hurdles champion coaching his men. The 800 meter run won by Daniel L. Mason of New Zealand with Earl Eby and M.P. Spink, both American second and third. Shows start of the 16,000 meter modified Marathon won by Jean Vermeulen of France. 100-meter sprint won by Charlie Paddock of the United States. Shows start of 1500 meter run won by Clyde Stout of the United States. Scenes of the medley relay race. The King of Montenegro bestows decorations upon the athletes.
