Shows foreign dignitaries arriving for the Inter-Allied Games. Shows Allied troops and athletes marching into the stadium. Shows troops from the French Territorials from Morocco followed by General Pershing's own band from General Headquarters. The French athletes enter the stadium first, followed by the Austrians, Belgians, Canadians, British, Greeks, Arabs from Hedjaz, Italians, New Zealanders, Roumanians (Romanians), Serbians, and the United States.
