Destroyers Survive Japanese WWII Kamikaze Attacks
When waves of Japanese suicide planes approach the Navy Destroyers U.S.S. Newcomb and the U.S.S. Leutze, they fill the sky with anti-aircraft flak to ward off the murderous attacks. Some of the the treacherous suicide planes get through however and deal blows to the two valiant destroyers which would have sunk any ordinary civilian ship. None the less, the two vessels are towed to advance repair bases to be made ready to return to battle again.
