Texas Tower Sniper Charles Whitman Kills 15

From the tower of the University Of Texas in Austin, 24 year old student Charles Whitman sprays bullets, killing a total of 15 people, while wounding 33. Austin police, after shooting Whitman, discover he also killed his wife and mother, bringing the death total to 15.
