Russians Might Build Air Ships After Graf Zeppelin Visit
Dr. Hugo Eckener, designer and commander of the famous airship, sails his great zeppelin high above the capital city of the Red Republic, then brings her to earth amid an enthusiastic welcome by Soviet officials who begin to make plans for a similar sky giant to be used for commercial and propaganda purposes.
