After ten days of negotiations Russian Foreign Minister Andrei Gromyko, American Ambassador At Large W. Averell Harriman and Lord Hailsham of Britain accept the agreement for their governments. Now each country must ratify the pact.

Guided Missile Frigate USS Halsey Commissioned
The USS Halsey, a guided-missile frigate, is commissioned at the U.S. Naval Shipyard in San Francisco. It is named for Admiral William "Bull" Halsey who routed and destroyed the Japanese fleet in campaigns during World War II. Secretary of The Navy Fred Korth and Fleet Admiral Chester Nimitz were present.

Running With The Bulls In Pamplona Spain
The annual summer madness is on in the streets of Pamplona as the locals chase the bulls through the streets and vice versa. It's their way of celebrating the Festival of San Fermin, and may the Saints preserve them. Scenes of complete mayhem after the bulls and runners reach the bull ring.
