Berlin Wall Upgraded By Communist Regime
Shows East German guards with dog patrolling a sector of the Berlin Wall. A new, slick, prefabricated wall is to replace the old Berlin Wall and construction has already started. The new wall will be higher, more modern, and impossible to climb. The new barrier is a renewal of the Cold War, following the collapse of unscheduled East -West German debates and discussions.
