Diplomatic Impasse Over Control Of Suez Canal
Egypt's Nasser acclaimed by exultant Arab throngs following his seizure of the Suez Canal. Shows deserted streets as the Arab world came to a standstill in response to Nasser's call for a strike protesting the conference of 22 foreign ministers in London. An eyewitness to these historical events is 13-year old American Dennis Briody, a guest of Nasser.
