Passenger Liner SS Dresden Hits Uncharted Reef
Four die, 1400 rescued as liner hits submerged rock. With s crowd of 1,000 German excursionists aboard the North German Lloyd Liner Dresden hits an uncharted reef in a Norwegian Fiord and slowly keels over. All but four of the passengers are recused.
