Attack! The Battle For New Britain: Reel-2

Men and weapons are inspected and training begins for the invasion of New Britain. Soldiers firing rifles, artillery, and using flamethrowers. New Guinea Natives (Bongs) help train the troops in jungle warfare. Buffalo and Alligator amphibious LVT (Amtraks) are used in a practice assault. Men, weapons, equipment, and supplies are loaded on ships. General Douglas MacArthur has last minute chat with the task force commander. LVTs move out to load onto "mother ship" and solders climb cargo nets to board troop transport ship.
