Parade of autobahn workers and members of the Organization Todt (OT), a Third Reich civil and engineering group in Germany, who wore civilian clothing , carried shovels and pledged their allegiance to Hitler. OT was under the leadership of Dr. Fritz Todt. Hitler accepts a shovel from Fritz Todt ? and shakes hands.
