Title Card: Nanking becomes the capital of a "Quisling" Government that carries on the Japanese doctrine of hate & deceit.
In March 1940, a puppet Chinese government was established in Nanking under the protection of the Empire of Japan. The head of this Japanese controlled government was Wang Jingwei. The regime officially called itself the Republic of China; informally it was known as the "Wang Jingwei Regime".
